Sea Smoke Dinner

Join Sea Smoke winemaker Don Schroeder in an intimate gathering on Thursday, May 7th for a very special dinner at Nick’s Cove. With Sea Smoke’s roots – literally and figuratively – in their estate vineyard, their obsession for Pinot Noir is apparent in the way they farm: low crop yields and small grape clusters. Their vineyard is planted with ten top-quality Pinot Noir clones on vigor-reducing rootstocks resulting in a beautiful wine, lovingly crafted. For the evening, Chef Austin Perkins has created an inspired five-course menu:
