Join Nick’s Cove as we host an exclusive winemaker dinner with Victor Gallegos, the director of winemaking at Sea Smoke Estate Vineyard. Sea Smoke’s elegant Chardonnay and Sea Spray Blanc de Noirs along with the seductively flavored 2011 Southing and Ten Pinot Noir, will be beautifully paired with locally sourced dishes created by Executive Chef Austin Perkins.
